rhinehaus COVID-19 Rules

We will be open every day with truncated hours. First day open will be Wednesday, June 17 at 12:45 for the first Premier League match. We will open daily based on the English Premier League schedule and close early (either 8pm or 10pm, by request of staff). Everything we do will have the safety and best interest of our staff and our customers in mind.

Ok, here’s what you need to know, we ask that you please read all of this before coming to see us…

Guest Experience - Due to social distancing requirements we have extremely limited seating. To maximize the number of guests we can let in, we ask that you try to come to the bar in a group of 4-7. We have space for 8 groups (one 2-seater, three 4-seaters, two 5-seaters, & two 7-seaters).

  • Entry will be first come, first served

  • Guests are encouraged to wear masks when interacting with staff or moving throughout the bar

  • All guests must be seated by a rhinehaus staff member

  • Bartender will provide table-service when possible. Patrons should try to avoid coming to the bar. If you need to approach the bar, please do so when other customers have cleared away

Waiting for a Table - When the bar is at capacity we will operate with a one group out, one group in policy.

  • Please wait outside of rhinehaus if our “Stop” sign is up on the door. When one group leaves, your group may enter and be seated by a member of staff

Soccer Matches - We ask that soccer supporters be considerate to other teams’ supporters, no matter how hard that might be.

  • Soccer supporters should leave the bar after their team’s match ends if another team’s supporters are waiting to come watch their team. You’d want them to do the same for you.

  • If you are not a soccer fan, we ask that you try to avoid those times if possible. We want to see absolutely everyone, but there just isn’t enough rhinehaus to go around, so we ask that you be considerate of your fellow rhinehaus patrons.
